Solenoid Valve: The 3-way solenoid valve removes the water pressure buildup from the portafilter right after brewing and sends it to the drip tray. This leaves the grounds in the portafilter dry and easy to discard of, so that you can quickly refill it to pull more shots.
High Wattage Boiler with Two Heating Elements: The boiler system in the Classic features two external heating elements embedded in its sides. This helps provide excellent temperature stability and distributes the heat evenly.
Removable Reservoir: Refill the water in the machine easily with its 72 oz. removable reservoir. Its large size allows you to brew countless shots before having to refill it.
Cup Warmer: To maintain the temperature of your shot it is essential to warm your cups. The passive cup warmer on the machine conveniently heats your cups with the heat that is leftover from the boiler.
ESE Pods: ESE Pods or Easy Serve Pods are easy and clean. All you need to do is insert the ESE pod with its premeasured prepackaged coffee into the single shot filter basket and start the machine. The used pod is then easily discarded of, without causing a mess.
Turbo Steam Wand: The ball-jointed steam wand with turbo frother attachment will have you steaming and frothing milk easily.
Machine Use: The simple switches located on the front of the machine and steam control easily accessible on the top left side of the machine makes operation easy and intuitive.
