Dual Heating System:  The machine has one boiler for brewing and a thermoblock for steaming.  Your espresso will be ready in no time!

Solenoid Valve: The 3-way solenoid valve removes the water pressure from the portafilter and sends it to the drip tray, ensuring a dry, easy to knock, puck of grounds.

High Wattage Boiler The high wattage system combined with two heating elements on the exterior of the boiler provide for good temperature control and even heat distribution.

Pre-infusion Cycle:  This option allows you to get the most flavor out of your espresso. If you leave this feature on, then just before the brewing cycle, the coffee grounds are wet with a bit of water preserving the aromatic flavors in the coffee grounds.

Water Reservoir: The reservoir on the Gaggia Baby Twin is located on the back of the machine and is removable for simple refilling. The clear plastic of the large 60 oz. size container helps you monitor the water level.

Cup Warmer: An electronic cup warmer or active cup warmer warms your mug before brewing. Don't use cold cups for your shot as it will take away some of the heat of your espresso, resulting in a less then perfect shot.

ESE Pods: The single shot basket is designed to be used with ESE pods or ground coffee. Enjoy an easy brewing and cleanup experience with the prepackaged single serve pods.

Turbo Steam Wand:  The Turbo Steam Wand attachment is made of stainless steel. It is mounted on a ball joint to make it easy to move around and simple to prepare great frothed and steamed milk for cappuccinos or lattes.

Programmable Control Panel: The Gaggia Baby Twin Espresso Machine has a modern edge with its touch ring control panel  with green backlit buttons and programmable brewing buttons..
