A most delicious cream to decorate your favorite brownie cake.  Enough for a thin layer on a cookie sheet size cake or a thicker layer on a 9x13 size cake.

Ingredients:

2 sticks margarine

3 tsp cocoa

1 egg

1/2 cup confection sugar

scoop vanilla sugar

2 tsp coffee dissolved in drop water.

Instructions:

1. Blend all ingredients together.

2. When cake cools, smear a smooth layer of cream over the cake.
