A change to your casual coffee recipe-try this classic Aromatic Irish Coffee Recipe.

Ingredients:

14 cups water

14 T coffee

1 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup chocolate liquor

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

dash of cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Bring water to a boil in percolator.

2. Add coffee, sugar, and liquor to percolator too.

3. Let brew.  Stir once with long handled spoon to make sure the liquor isn't sticking to the bottom.  (Keep in percolator until ready to serve.)

4. Serve topped with scoop of ice cream and dash of cinnamon
